There are many wallpapers and tatoo sites on flippa.com. it looks like it is easy for these sites to get a lot of visitors. I just wondering, are the adsense income numbers of these sites there trustworthy? like one site there is claiming to have 1xx,xxx monthly visitors and $8xx monthly income...

My traffic are all direct visits, around 100 per day, will I be banned by google from adsense earning just for that reason? I mean, will google be able to check where the traffic comes from? I havenot installed google analytics.
