For multiple accounts verification, could I just go to a grocery store and buy a prepaid master card and use that card number as verification purpose?

Indeed you could Just make sure that if you need to use the same card again, you get a reloadable one.

Not worth it since every card requires a SSN number since the "patriot act" so I would recommend just
buying a VCC online. I mean the gas money and time is well worth not doing it at the grocery store.

I believe he needs them for PayPal verification because they will not work for Facebook.
