When buying an expired domain does Google count old links to it?

Just checking, after a domain expires does Google stop counting links to it after a certain amount of time? Or do old links continue to pass power? I found some good domains for what I need with a lot of links, but they've been expired for quite some years.

Can't get onto page 1 of Google

My site used to be on page one for loads of terms. Now it's page 2 for everything, almost every keyword is just locked at #11. Why is it doing this?

PBNs are the ONLY effective link method left.

I didn't know there were any other checks than the Archive.org one. What else should we be looking at? Also what is RD? I haven't been here for ages.

How to Get Accurate Google Keyword Data

Yeah I know it was never accurate but the accuracy was better than what it is now. It used to show 10, 260, 520, 1200 etc. now it shows ranges which are impossible to work with. "1 - 10 K" is terribly inaccurate. I don't know why they've done this. I only want the numbers for KW research rather...

Just found an awesome domain...would you go for it?

More than one person can have the same name. Buy it. Plus nobody will ever see it.

How to Get Accurate Google Keyword Data

It's very annoying that Long Tail Pro just shows keyword ranges. They should offer accurate data at least to Pro users. How do we get accurate data? Also when I put in keywords with review it's changing it to "reviews".

    Value of Deindexed Deleted/Expired Domains?

I thought the only important thing with PBNs was that they had good backlinks and weren't abused in the past. I didn't know they also had to be indexed still, damn...

Need To Kill This Page FAST

I would assume Google are very wise to the fact that people will try to nuke negative reviews, wouldn't be surprised if there is something in place to combat negative SEO against pissedconsumer reviews etc.

Expired domain was previously 301'd... Useless now?

    It IS my moneysite, hehe.

Quick question about a backlink I can nab

If you have to be logged in to see it, I don't know that Google will ever be able to see the article.

Expired domain was previously 301'd... Useless now?

Backlinks are good. So G will still index the site even though it was 301'd before and I will get the link juice back? Never dealt with this problem before. Also, not sure what the Apache test page in Archive.org is all about, nor the apparent Japan hosting. Hopefully it wasn't used as a PBN...

.me.uk for pbn? Never even heard of this

TLD doesn't matter (unless it's like .xxx and you're not doing an adult site, MAYBE?), just be aware that with .uk domains you aren't allowed WhoIs privacy... Well you aren't allowed your name to be private anyway, and if you have an Amazon affiliate link or something on the site they will...
