Quick question about a backlink I can nab

My universities website has a personal private blog section. The link would be do follow and the Domain authority of the site is very high (DA68 but PA is 0). Would it be worth posting an article linking to my site? Would my website gain much from this? No one would see the the article and accessing the content is restricted as you need to be logged into the school website. Thoughts?

If you have to be logged in to see it, I don't know that Google will ever be able to see the article.

Site with more DA with less PA (ie., 0) is not a matter. Every page must ranked. Try to build more links with external PBN sites or guest posting sites and also keep focus on keyword that could be ranked or not. And also allow OBL links with your PBN.

Articles added to your site is good I think. But it might be very clear and have more quality. It may be worth to gain your site.

Nope, if the content is behind a login, google will never crawl it. Waste of time and effort.
