Hey guys im totally not tech savvy and my follow liker wont login i only run the one account and i dont over use the bot follow - unfollow about 300 - 400 at a time Do i need to change proxy and if so how do i do that i dont even know what a proxy is any help will be appreciated

also when i have set my ninjagram to like photo im getting temp banned within 30 photos ... i have delays between 30 secs and 400 secs too
