Follow Liker wont Login

Hey guys im totally not tech savvy and my follow liker wont login i only run the one account and i dont over use the bot follow - unfollow about 300 - 400 at a time

Do i need to change proxy and if so how do i do that i dont even know what a proxy is any help will be appreciated

Are you sure theres no typo in username/pass?
Proxies are used to manage more accounts so you dont log every account from same location.
