Ninjagram safe setting 2016

Hi Guys totally newbie

Ive got an instagram account small 250 followers for my business ( fashion ) and ive just been introduced to Ninjagram and literally found this site yesterday and been reading through ...

My account is 3 - 4 months old with 50 posts so far what would you recommend the settings are i should use for following un following... ive used the search but couldn't find anything recent on Ninjagram

I've never used Ninjagram, but from my experience of manual following/unfollowing along with using FollowLiker for the past year: If you're looking to grow your account in the long run, and it isn't a massively time sensitive situation, then start slow.

Week 1: 50-150 follows a day, long delays between each follow. DO NOT unfollow.
Week 2: 25-75 unfollows a day, long delays.

Repeat the same method, increasing between 25-50 per each new week.

The method mentioned above is ridiculously low haha. triple those numbers and you will still be fine.

On brand new accounts I do 450-600 follows daily and 400-550 unfollow and have never gotten an account banned. Make sure you have a verified e-mail and phone number first tho.

also when i have set my ninjagram to like photo im getting temp banned within 30 photos ... i have delays between 30 secs and 400 secs too
