I wouldn't know. But recently I changed title tags of a site of mine, for the content on each page (instead of name of the site - slogan - content) and climbed up a couple of pages in google (not no. 1 yet, though).

I'm on the same arena. I guess the trick is the same as with english sites, but you have to harvest backlinks for each country somehow (Just a guess, and what I'm trying to do with my site).

I'm not among the most experienced here, but (if I understood your question correctly), the site you are showing is based on wordpress, with a decent amount of ads. I guess you want to know how to fill it up with content... and other than writing it yourself, or using some auto blog tool posted...

I learned this the "hard way". I updated my profile in a couple of forums I'm in (long time now, so couple thousend post all together), and I saw my position in SERPs go down in matter of days. I removed it now, and I'm waiting to get back on track. So don't do that.
