After you will receive all money i think paypal will limit you and will ask you to provide: your business info or supplier your ID, address Track numbers and maybe some more things If you provide everything than maybe they will unlimit you.

There is no way to prove that you shipped anything to them. If you don't have a tracking number that shows proof of delivery so they can refund money easy :)
