[Method] How to Quickly Upgrade Selling Limits

So the other day I sold a very expensive item on eBay & the buyer flaked out for one reason or another.

Due to the low selling limits, I was unable to re-list the item because, even though no payment was received, eBay still counts it as a sale.

So a quick 5 mins later after complaining to the live-chat and requesting they increase my limits, they did just that. So I can now sell up to £4500/month with a practically brand new account. No verified PayPal. No hassle.

This should be fairly easy to replicate. Hopefully, it can help some of you out there.

The problem is that expensive items are high risk items and ebay account may be suspended. You can very quickly increase limits to 100 items and about 3750. Anyway it is not a good idea to sell a lot if you have a paypal jail. But usually when you have a new ebay acc, you have a new pp.

Yeah, but the above member made a very good point about still having paypal limits.

in some countries if you create new ebay account you already have £4500/month limit and you don't even need to contact them ;D

Can mostly double your limits a month. Better build up a few. Sell 100 pens for 10 usd each. Can still upper your limits this way, just max them out. Further down road gets little bit more tricky though as you will need fill them with actualsales

You should be able to use the live chat to get this done.
