Facebook ads has become significantly harder to work with during the last couple of months. You'll need a lot of creditcards/vcc, domains, accounts and some patience to test different ways to promote your chosen niche. Good luck!

You're not able to create a new facebook account, and then use it for ads. Account has to be aged and with real social activity to be able to do ads. Please search up how to farm ad accounts, or purchase them farmed from various different services.
