every time I try to publish an ad on Fb it gives me an ad set error but the I don’t see anything wrong with the image. There is not much text on the image so I’m clueless on what the problem is.

Maybe there any text which matches with any brand. On image you can not use any brand name which will be claimed copyright. And it the violation of fb policy.

So I can’t use words like Samsung and apple. Also what about giveaway and free

You can use giveaway and free but there are also terms for using this

Ok thanks for that and one more thing is for some reason I always get the warning that my ad may not get approved because it’s related to financial products but it’s not ?

Try to concentrate the text in the same block as much as possible,and make the text massage in the information description place without displaying the copy or preferential details an the picture.

It’s literally a picture of a Samsung and the text on the image says Samsung giveaway

The way you describe your ad, it docent seem to me as that is the problem (I run ads in the same genre, but a bit more blackhat than this). Have you considered if it could be the link/landingpage? What are the exact error you're receiving?
