I operate 100s of ebay/paypal accounts and keep activity going on all of them. You can have as many as you need as long as you know how to operate them.

You either sold an item that was a higher priced and drew attention or you got linked. You need to build a new account from low end low priced items over time and of course know how not to get suspended/limited.

You need to make sure nothing at all is linked. Run small amounts at first and build up trust with the account. Running large sums through will draw a flag and get limited.

I have multiple aged paypal accounts that I send low amounts to from stealth accounts that have real bank accounts attached to withdraw. Works like a charm if you do not over do it.
