Reddit. There's endless numbers of subreddits for this kind of stuff that draw millions of views a month. This is generally done for OnlyFans but should work just as well for Instagram.

AffiliateWP is good if you're on WordPress. There's a bunch of alternatives to it as well and they generally allow you to set payout delays, payout in store credits vs. cash, automate payouts etc. without taking a cut of your profits.
