You can also use content lockers for other niches, instead of copyrighted stuff. Make a website in a niche and offer something a user wants, whilst using a content locker.

The higher the page rank the better, I.e. page rank 8 is better than page rank 3. Page rank doesn't effect your SERP's, but can be useful if you want to advertise links.
