Any advice on signing up for a CPA network? I got denied on several, they all ask for a website URL and I don't have one. I tried using my youtube channel and got denied.

i will recommend you to Read some Ebooks about CPA networks.

some tips for you
1. find niche which you want to promote
2. Make a professional website on it.
3. fill complete signup form.
4. use some 1s refer link for safe side
5. give them a call ( thy will ask you about IM)
 
I like the idea and by the looks of it there should be no problem to scale it up,
i love scaling things up...lolol
 
Hell if I can make one hundred a day doing junk like this I'd be set lol. Something to look in to, thanks
 
I doubt that this still work. People may have been set for life after depleting this.
