been ruined somewhat by someone who is crashing the server whenever he likes. I have banned his guid and ip but i guess he is using a dynamic ip. I do have his ip from the last time he was on the server, is there anything i can do about it?

I believe my forum is being spammed by a xrumer bot or something like that, day after day i see topics created spamming all kinds of crap, have set it to stay hidden from members but its a little time wasting to keep having to disaprove the topics it creates, is there anyway to stop it completely?
