There is BOTS out there, but I'm sure that they are private, no one would give out YT-Bots anymore, because it will cause YouTube in patching some stuff again. Also, you have to get in touch with the right people, and then have alot of money to get what you're looking for.

Same as poweronics, I would never deal with the Goverment. You will most likely sign a very terrible and terrifying contract, and never get out from it. The Goverment rules the world at the moment, so its some hardcore stuff going on in there.
