First of all, if your video is good you will certainly get the views, but if you really wants to go with You Tube views check on Fiverr.
No, if you rank your video (AAA Content for a target audience) correctly then you will get views. As for anything else have you actually tried spending $200 (1x $100 Adword voucher + $100 of your own) to see if people like your content? If you don't think it is worth running through Adwords, chances are your content blows.
