Thinking of starting a YT that uploads Movie trailers etc. Where can i buy subs , views , likes etc for my YT? Also if i am getting views to start me off on a video , how do i also get channel views?

Got the funds released way earlier , infact two weeks earlier by contacting paypal on the phone it was my first sale :) .

So i keep getting this message tried different debit cards same problem was fine a few days ago!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I called PayPal they got my acc verified but still the same problem any help? :( Tried clearing all browsing data and using the app.

Talked to them on live chat , they said funds have been released by eBay , and that I need to contact paypal , and I did , but they said it will be available on 28th. wtf.

Anyone have a clue? The estimated delivery date was 15th June, how ever item was sent and tracking shows delivered on eBay on the 10th. I contacted eBay and they said they have released the funds and its paypal contact them. So I did and they said money will be available to use on the 28th...

I have not been scammed , i was rather curious , as i have been scammed in the past , what happens if it is reported to the bank? Does the bank actually get in touch with the person who received it or do they battle it out with paypal?

So is it possible to get money back via PayPal if sent as friends/family?

I have emailed but someone said send screenshots then no reply. I sent screenshots via PM need the limit lifted can you look at them and let me know if its possible?
