3 is a good CPM.... I am with TGN and I actually joined in december and havent gotten paid, i think I do on february 15 or something. TGN is good cuz they have you LIVE and stuff but 3 dollars is good and I believe TGN only gives 1.5 per thousand so in my opinion and knowledge stick with it
