YouTube Quick Views Idea?

well now I guess with an autorefresher on fire fox you can also get an automatic proxy changer (with premium private proxies) and switch between them because you allows 300 views per IP or something like that so if you had 9 proxies plus your own IP then you get say 3000 views? just open 10 tabs with autorefresh and you gain like 100 views per minute on whatever video. I have not tested this yet but I think if I were to go and get some prixies then maybe it'll work so if somebody could test it maybe it would be cool

That's not how it works. The initial 300 views are not reviewed by their system to eliminate artificial views, after that views stop updating in real time and they check every view. It's not 300 views that count per IP. I'm not going to go into a whole lot of detail, but in short, this will not work unfortunately, it's much more complex.
