A journey into CPA? The RIGHT Choice?

So I am an individual for always needing something, and I am 13 so job? WHAT JOB ! Anyway I have been planning a CPA site for a while now and know that since lack of proper software and resources I will spend maybe an hour a day achieving 10 or 20 dollars. (Which is fine for me, I use about 40-50 dollars in a rich month!! :]) I was wondering if it the right way to spend my time, I am trying to manage a YouTube channel and that's hell to handle but I have freetime. I have a good niche and a way to scam up some people, so here's what I really need to know!! :

1. Any recommendations for networks? I am thinking Ad Work Media because that seems to be the only one I can find, but expert advice is what I need :O!
2. I am planning on manually commenting and thumbs upping comments on youtube. I have ABOUT 25 accounts I just purchased and it will be a hastle but planning between 50-100 videos a day, with videos that 20,000 views or so. What I need to know is if this is the way to go.
3. I am looking for software to help, any recommendations?

Only you can make it worth it. Start with it. Its all about action.

Honestly you just have to start and keep adjusting your method as you work at it. Finding some software to streamline your process, and keep growing your method. It could be 10-20 a day right now but could multiply with a few adjustments. Hope you find your way, good luck.

YouTube comments are a gold mine if you can get your comments to look natural and find how to consistently have them the top rated comments (stick with music video comments and where to download the track )

possibly but the whole "Download" thing has been done too much, I will try to be more abstract with it but still I will try this out!!

You might need to sign up with your parents information as you are too young, but you should definitely give Blue Track Media a shot. Our lockers and campaigns are performing very well for our publishers.
