If your account is limited you have no option to withdraw no ? Or are you asking about after the 180 days ?

Paid order number 2356 on the 16th of November and it’s now the 22nd ... I also paid superfast . I’ve sent many messages on Skyp also but no response . I really need my document hence why I paid extra . Thank you

So even though they can’t confirm thebqnj account you can still withdraw your money ? But only a limited amount right ?

Apparently according to transferwise PayPal requires those two deposits to confirm the bank account and they aren’t currently able to provide that so that’s the issue . But I wonder if you can withdraw a fixed/limited amount to an uncomfirmed bank account... I hear PayPal does not really like...
