Paypal + Transferwise borderless account question

Apparently according to transferwise PayPal requires those two deposits to confirm the bank account and they aren’t currently able to provide that so that’s the issue . But I wonder if you can withdraw a fixed/limited amount to an uncomfirmed bank account... I hear PayPal does not really like VBAs :/

You can withdraw, but I have gbp and I can not withdraw as usd just because that.
First times they keep my money stuck for 24h but now it's instant

So even though they can’t confirm thebqnj account you can still withdraw your money ? But only a limited amount right ?

I already have an account established with a real bank; this is just my second one. I don`t know about limits.

If you look around on Google, there are people who said that they set it up sucessfully and doing withdrawals from Paypal like this since 2017 and there are also people who can't seem to set it up, no matter what. It looks very similar to what was the case with linking the Payoneer VBA, in some cases it worked, in other cases it didn't. Maybe there's a country restriction. Still worth a try.

I really want to know if this works ..I have over $2500 on my both limited PayPal accounts ..I tried all I could to get it restored but no luck so far .. waiting 180 days to get my money out sucks ..I don't know if transferwise borderless account can withdraw funds out on limited account with no issues ..please help
If your account is limited you have no option to withdraw no ? Or are you asking about after the 180 days ?
