If you're using Python 3, just change raw_input() to input(). In Python 3, raw_input() was removed and input() works like raw_input() worked in Python 2.

Python is a good language to start with. It has an intuitive syntax and plenty of online support. Once you learn the basics of programming, you can branch out into other languages if you need to.

It seems like whenever I click on the "Go to first new post" arrow on a thread title I get taken to the last post in the thread. This happens even for threads that I haven't opened for weeks. Also, threads with many new posts since I opened them don't even show the 'first new post' arrow...
