I have done emails like that but the results were the same. Probably it has something to do with the way I looked for blogs. Awesome thread by the way, will definitely try that method. Most of the sites I mail to had metrics like attached, I wonder how I get them :)

product link clicks are the clicks to a product link from your affiliate website. Other clicks include clicks by user in amazon once he goes there through your product link.
