I am pretty sure that they are asking if they will be penalized on google for duplicate content. I could be wrong. Either way, google does not like single page forms from what I have heard anyhow, so I can't see that it would matter.

No one has mentioned content. You need good content for this to work. YouTube has a creators playbook you can download in pdf version, get that and do what it says. They have a lot of resources to try and help you he successful.
