Thanks, oh i'm not worried about traffic, it will come with time, i just put Ad Sense up early to avoid the drop in rankings that I've seen that is typical from adding ads to a site after it's launched. I just don't want google to smack me for not getting the conversions that a lot of people get.

If your site is compelling, use StumbledUpon et al. Otherwise your best bet is YouTube or facebook.

I used SerpFox because it has a free version. I've checked rankings from multiple locations (cookies cleared/incognito) manually and SerpFox seems to be dead on. They update a bit slowly (2-3 times a day, at least for free accounts), but that's all I need. YMMV.
