If you need a massive amount of leads then places scout might be good. You can have it scrape google places for companies that don't have a website. I'm gonna get it myself. I'm gonna find them manually first and see what my mailer success rate is.

That's why I just find this type of stuff for free on blackhat forums. I never pay for guides anymore.

Most people do the 7878 method. If I were you I would get Places Scout and have it scrape all businesses in the area without a website (it has that function). Then mail them a proposal or a preview premade website with their name on it.

Everybody raves about Places Scout. It can scrape hundreds or even thousands of businesses in your area and you can select it to only scrape business info on businesses without a website. I think I am going to get it myself. Then I will mail businesses with a screenshot of their new website...
