They send the money to your Work Market account. I believe the only 2 options that Work Market has is either withdrawl through paypal or have a direct deposit to your bank account.

um... I didn't use any affiliate links... I literally just put the name of the websites on there. Crowdsurf is the name of the actual company. Work market is just the method they use to pay you. And these sites do not have any affiliate programs at all.
