Instagram ban!

Hi. All my instagram accounts got banned today. First i just got a PV for them. Then when I verifed my phone number/numbers they deleted my account/accounts.

I was using Followliker. One proxy per acc. I was using 5 accs. Low settings 124-227 follows/unfollows and 150-250 likes. 3 months old accounts. I had 3 sim cards (Telia. Swedish operator). I was using my old Iphone 4 with the SIM cards.
My 5 dedicated proxies was from buy buyproxies.org. (US proxies)
I was using onlypult.com to post pictures. I was using the same proxies there.

Instagram just removed my accounts. No temp ban, no nothing. Just gone..

Anyone know what I did worng? US proxies and EU phone operator?

I went all in on this the past 3 months. Went slow. Spent alot of time and money. I had thousands of followers and was just about to start collecting my email list and instagram decided to do this now.

I'm crushed. I don't know what to do now...

For all of you out there. Be carefull. Hope that you guys are doing better than me

I feel your pain on this loss, there's nothing worse than the feeling of investing months of hard work and money into an IG account just to wake up one day to find that the accounts are gone.

Thanks for the support! Those where daily actions... I read that some people were getting banned so I slowed everything down. But that didn't help..

Everyone says to do things that make sense if you were a normal person.

I would say a phone verified from UK when you're signing into MP from a US based proxy and posting pics from a US based proxy is not something a normal person would do.

You could send them a message and say your accounts were hacked...that has worked for me in the past with bans

I was unfollowing and following at the same time before. I ran in to to some PV's. So I stoped everything for about 10 days. But now I was not unfollwing and follwing at the same time.
Now I had one acc unfollwing and the othere ones were following. I posted 1-3 times /day

bro i recomend you mass planner you can post and set the follow/unfollow thing in only 1 bot.

For some reason I cant send them anyhing. they say that my link is broken when i try to log in and contact them...

Lol that happened to me on an account that was 300k at the time. I went to the Instagram help center and chose "my account is banned" or something like that. When I submitted the info, they emailed me asking me to upload a pic with a code on a piece of paper, which I did and got my account back within 24 hours.

I think it's a bug, personally. I never botted even once on that account, and it's happened to a lot of people before too who I know for sure don't bot.

My 20% of accounts are banned today while they were fully whitehat.
I need to change the method for botting or proxies and see what i can do to recover.

Yeah something new must have happened in the past week in the IG servers. 50 of my 18-month old accounts got PVA'd after running perfectly under the radar for 9-months without a single pva or verification

There is a lot of such complains going on of late and I will want to believe that the bans you got was system triggered. Just try to login into the banned account and the there will be a notice that the account has been banned. The click on Learn more to take you to where you will contact instagram support. Follow the instruction andYou account will be reactivated with 2 days. If you need more help on this PM me.

My main acc was just reposts with proper credit. No pictures of me..

Firstly i will use google voice accounts to pva them(most of them will most likely be getting banned even after that from what i have experienced) and in future will be going for more expensive proxies.
