original content vs spun content

You can use Spun articles for creating Tier1 backlinks rather than main site. Using in Tier1 such article will give value of backlinks by search engine.

Lol.

Wow it can draw. Now get it to explain "The Art of War" in it's own words... do you see the difference here? Drawing and understand, again are completely different things.

You can learn to draw at the age of 2/3, but you can't understand cognitive language until later.

Did you just tune out everything I said. I think Google might do a better job at recognizing content than you. Google isn't drawing in the AutoDraw. The user is and Google is able to recognize what you are trying to attempt and replace that. That is the higher cognitive language ability. And the AI learn it from the captcha that people filled out.

Same with articles on websites. It simply feeding the google analytics with your content into an linguistic machine learner. How sophisticated it is, I do not know. But I'm pretty sure they are doing it because that's what they specialized in the first place: Searches.

Actually do you see the difference? You're asking for it to generate. The only thing it has to do now is recognize, not generate. Once Google has master it's contextual recognition. Of course it will move on to generating it and by then you're pretty much fucked.

Conclusion: This is how learning words. Observe AND then Reproduce. You can see the milestones Google is achieving with reCAPTCHA, QuickDraw and now AutoDraw. It's not going to be that far off from its web crawlers.

P.S. The reCAPTCHA started 9 years ago. So i guess you can say its visual AI is 9 years old.

No, you are very wrong. This all sounds very nice but it is not true.

There is a massive difference in recognizing a shape and recognizing if the language is right.

Have you not seen all the news about fakenews coming up in Google? Doesn't seem like it could recognise that. Nor can it recognise if what I say to it is right in my spun articles.

I debate if you even have experience in SEO, specifically blackhat/using spun content.

I told you I don't know how sophisticated it is. I'm just telling you, you can predict that they are working on it by comparing it to their other projects and how often the Google Penalties are occurring.

I don't get why Google can't recognize fakenews as a big deal. Most of the people reading it cannot tell if it is fake or not, and that was the problem and they all have higher cognitive abilities.

Exactly. Most people also can't recognise some content as spun. Just like Google can't.

I'm not saying Google can't recognise spun content at all, there is just something a machine can't quite get. Atleast not yet.

I've seen some case studies even here on the forum. Would have to dig them out. Besides that, my money sites and even PBNs. The difference between link from a spun content on a PBN and decently written article was significant.

You are a multi billion dollar company that has enabled algorithms to recognize synonyms and content as a whole when ranking for keywords. You really believe that their algorithm cannot recognize the quality of the content? How well it reads, how technical it is, how many grammar errors there are? This is one of the fields where it's not off topic to give Google credit.

The best thing the algorithm can do is check grammar errors, but as previously stated, no matter how much money google throws at its algorithm team, it wil never be able to judge text (at least not with current technology) the same way a native human can. I'm a programmer.

So as long as an article is well spun with no grammatical errors, it should be technically the same as a fresh, hand written article. And don't get me wrong, I don't like spun content, but that just how it is.

I guess you (and other SEO's) are making wrong assumptions here. An algorithm can indeed recognize spun content by comparing texts, and that may be the reason for the bad performance of spun content, but that's different from understanding the contents of a text. That's simply not possible with our current technologies.

Taken into account :)

@rafark 's opinion as a programmer is interesting, and I probably agree with him. My own view is that you should strive to use original content as much as possible, and spun content - with the caveat that it is checked and any grammar mistakes corrected - on sites which won't be seen by humans, and only if you know what you're doing.

If you're not using kick-ass original content ( not only original content) you're risking your business being thrown out of SERP with next Fred refresh which I think is due on 5th of May, 2017.

Spun content cannot keep the readers interested in your text. No matter what programers are saying, what people believe is true, the truth remains there's no alternative to quality content, which is just one of the many major quality aspects Google is monitoring these days.

Who said anything about readers caring about content? You are jumping to conclusions like most people do on this site.

I'm using spun-content to game the algorithm to get my offers on the serps or fill out my PBN.

And another thing, you are very misleading to what you consider is a major quality aspect google is monitoring? If it is content quality, it can be gamed just like the rest of the algorithm.

Also, what else is in the Fred update? Would love to know so I can prepare myself:D ask your crystal ball

Obviously you can't agree.. you know seems as you'll have a conflict of interest with you selling HQ content...

Of course Quality content helps strength your website by fullfiling your visitors needs and the advantages that creates (happy users return to your site, naturally link to it, share it on their social networks, recognize you brand in subsequent results, etc) thus affecting your ranks. But Quality per sè doesn't do it. Unless we're speaking of quality as article length and no grammatical errors.

That's correct. It's one of the many leading factors that contribute to improved user engagement.

I'm not arguing with you, simply because I got no time to waste. Good luck with what you're doing.

As for selling HQ content is concerned I've been doing it for the last 7 years and counting. I don't need to short-sell it to the advocators of spun content.

My sites with spun content ranking really well.

Hand written content is always good mate

Uniqueness is good but it will not help in getting traffic to your site, with that content. So, try to use the handwritten content for money and tier1 sites if possible for good results.

i am building tier 1 web 2s with spun content and waiting to see what happens.

Content is the best part while posting links and its play a major role describes in a short words else may be 500 to 600 words but it has to be unique and most relevant to your niche, spun articles are not recommended now a days.
