Is this buying type keyword for 40K monthly search volume ... I have check that its DA are so high almost 8 domain.... what about the Moz rank/DF/TF/ site age ... you can also use KWfinder for KW difficulty below 30 are seems better and easy targeting with low competition keyword.

If you have experience before in ranking sites, go for it. If this is your first keyword for your first ever site look for another one with lesser competition.
