You should try it. Google is ranking sites with no backlink.
So i suppose they use PBNs to rank their site...
So you can beat it those sites with few guest posts and do well on serps.

As per keyword revealer report, you dont have to go with that keyword because already top 5 competitors ranking that keywords with proper on page seo. If they build some links they will beat you whenever you build everythings properly.

thanks for ur replying , the keyword is something we can buy and very rarely get it for free ,the top 6 or 7 are selling it , i plan to offer it for free after completing an offer , maybe blackhat or greyhat site/niche ... so what do u think

I say that if I were to look hard for something and while googling it i`d find a website on the first page with "FREE" in title, I`d surely go on it before I try the ones that sell the product. That`s what most people do..

ive seen sites with like literally ZERO backlinks lately being displayed on the first page. Then I go check the site. It hasn't been updated in like 4 years. Did they change something recently? or did they do something to get there ranking changed, cause i do see on that site it has product reviews and that part looks updated.

The most important question is whether it's a "money-keyword" or not....If you are after just the traffic and you want to potentially monetize it with in-content links aka Adsense, then yes, it doesn't matter, but stuff like buying products from Amazon or purchasing affiliate products, etc, will probably go out of the window with a random low-comp, high-volume keyword.
