How come if your account is hacked and mail has been changed
And ee can't report , all i can do is reset thr password or send reset link via mail

My account has more than 128k followers and its hacked
Now i can't do anything
Any suggestions please
Or we have to wait to see if instagram will officially announce any update on their suppport page ?

Hello I am having the same problem when I got hacked 2 weeks ago my account email and password was changed I've tried everything to get it back it's gone and the link to report an hacked account the page is not found.

I know this is a bit late but I might have a solution. There is a way you can report a hacked account in the iOS Instagram App. Basically you go to the login page, just enter your username then click "Get help signing in." right under the Login button then whenever it brings you to the "Trouble Logging in?" page, click on the small text that says "Need more help?" under the Send Login Link button. That will take you to a page that is deep in Instagram and from there you enter the email you signed up with, your contact email, and then select "personal account with photos of me" even if you don't have photos of yourself, and then check "My account was hacked" and then add in some additional emails. They'll email you asking to confirm your identity by holding up a code and sending a picture of yourself, from there you can explain your situation and hopefully get back into your account. Hope this helps
