Ive been using woo commece and premium addons for years. Every now and then they make an update which just seems to fuck shit up initially. In the past they were slow at fixing the issues, but always got the issue resolved.

Well there recent major update last week wreaked havoc on 3 of my websites. I have filled out a few tickets since last week trying to get some assistance from them with no reply. Anyways, after almost a week with no reply I contacted them on their website contact form asking if they are still providing support. Oddly, 3 hours later, all of my tickets in my woo dashboard are now gone ( I assume Deleted).

I dont know whats going on with them. Anyone have any ideas or experiencing issues with them as well?

Seems like 3.0 has been wreaking havoc on many people's websites -- mine included. Check out the Woocommerce support page on the Wordpress plugin page and you'll see many people experiencing problems. It's not a good excuse but Woocommerce is probably on damage control trying to appease and help as many people as possible right now since a lot of websites have broke which is why you haven't received much support yourself.

I reverted back to an older version with a backup and the issues were gone. I suggest just sticking with the working previous version until Woocommerce can iron out all the kinks.

Do you think just putting previous version back will work or will I also need to revert Database back? I noticed their update also updated the DB.

I put the previous version back and haven't had any issues that I did with 3.0. I'm just going to wait for awhile until I update to 3.0 -- no need to rush into the new features.

So to clarify, you did not install backed up version of Database? You only installed previous plugin files?

Uh oh. Do you have a backup of your database then? What kind of issues are you having?

Woocommerce just uploaded another update (3.0.3) about an hour ago so maybe that will fix issues? I'm personally going to wait a week or two for a more 'stable' update.

I didnt restore the DB, because the DB will be out of sync with other incoming orders that has come in since last week and those would be missing. So I am in a delimma. Their support is still not replying at all. I am thinking to just switch to another system like WP Estore and WP membership plugins by tips and tricks. Have you used those before.

This will be a major shift I know, but I am really at wits end dealing with woo on this.
