Can someone tell me good examples of fresh blogs (1-1.5 years max), preferrably not in very competetive niche i can look at and learn from?

Just google any niche, add the word "blog" after your keyword and look at the first few natural results. There are thousands of examples you can look at.

i was building sites on WP before, im familiar with it. But when i decided to go from freelancing to creating something for myself, my brain shut down completely.
