Nevermind, I got a reply now.

For anyone else wondering, my issue is only with trying to add a .bit Addon Domain with cPanel, on shared hosting. A bit of a rare thing to be doing, but a common problem with adding .bit, since cPanel rejects non-traditional TLDs.

Don't go with them they lie, they don't ignore abuse.

In fact they suspend directly the whole server for 1 complaint and then don't provide you any backup.
They don't answer ticket, they are very fast when it's for information to rent the VPS, but when it's to resolve a problem you will have to open multiple tickets


There is way better offer on the web trust me.... For example
