Can you please open a ticket? I see that you have not. The most likely cause is that you selected Cloudflare as your nameservers but never set it up. I suggest using our standard nameservers that are indicated in the email that we send you.

Why is your Cpanel not with PHP 5.3? Even the Select PHP version under Software isn't effective on it.
