UK based and love the concept.

Will spend time next Monday (busy with new project until then) and rereading and post any burning questions then.

As an international user; where is the best place to get the info on scaling and managing multiple stealth accounts?

Is there a plan to integrate info to a new PDF doc?

That's all right. We'll save the video for later viewing.
You can ask for specifics on our chatroom anytime. Alex will also integrate this info in the guide after today's webinar.

Cheers,

Very nice, I def want to try this $25/month, right! I read the manual, great stuff, but I'm confused with the stealth accounts. I have no idea how to do that crap, so a mentor would be useful. As far as the 21-day PayPal holds on Ebay, that has been an obstacle for me since I tried to get into dropshipping. But I looked into opening merchant accounts, first the big guys who have no interest if you're a small seller, then found out you can buy cheap merchant accounts from Sam's Club/Costco. Haven't tried it yet, but wouldn't that successfully bypass the 21-day holds?

Right now I'm dropshipping from AliExpress and getting angry customers upset about the delivery time (of course), so I've been getting quotes from Chinese fulfillment centers.

You mentioned other markets/lucrative markets at the end of the manual, notably Aliexpress and Etsy, which are the two markets I'm in now. I really need help figuring out how to streamline Aliexpress to avoid long shipping times or finding a good USA wholesaler. I know they're very hard to find, have shitty websites, but the problem is USA wholesalers are always higher than Chinese. And don't the wholesale directories like WWB or Doba, etc. mark inventory up, too? How about Salehoo, anybody have luck with them?

I'd love to hear what knowledge you have on those other markets, you're saying Etsy can be lucrative via dropshipping. Also would love to see a replay of your webinar, or upcoming?

Trying dropshipping first to get the capital to ultimately get into Amazon FBA and buy inventory, the big enchilada! I have a great method I want to try, just need the capital. Then blog monetization, E-books, private labeling, all that good stuff.

Thanks for the kind words man.

As for stealth accounts, we have included a section in the guide that should take you through the process. If there's anything missing just let me know or ask on our chatroom. Our mentors or one of the users will surely be able to help you.

For 21-day holds, there is no way around it and you just have to get through it. The holds take 90 days to fall off so maybe you can plan to start with multiple accounts depending on your cashflow? Ofc you could buy a merchant account. You'll have to check with the seller about holds on their accounts.

Yes, there are other markets and more lucrative methods, for ex. your Etsy strategy would be to avoid price wars completely and try to distinguish your listings instead. But it's easier for newbies when the products are backed by Amazon/Walmart. If you feel up to it, get a hold of one of our mentor on the chatroom and take advice from them. If you really want us to add a marketplace or supplier like Etsy or Aliexpress, let me know and I'll put that on the top of the list. I'm afraid I have no idea about WWB or Doba.

About the webinar, I don't have a good recording of it (we had to do a google hangout at the time due to technical difficulties and it wasn't recorded at the source.). We have a another one coming up next Sunday after a super awesome update to the tool. ;)

I signed up to your site. What time next Sunday for the webinar?

So no way whatsoever around the 90-day holds? Are you sure, I thought when customers use any other payment method aside from PayPal, it doesn't apply?

May I ask what kind of E-commerce success you have right now, Abinhay? What markets are you in, good profit margins?

Thanks

I'll confirm with mentors about the webinar timing and post here.
Also, let me confirm about the 90-day hold for non Paypal payments and get back to you.
I've actually been meaning to start dropshipping myself but somehow just didn't do it while the tool was under development. Gonna start today.

Thanks for this @uchiha.jain!

Will read later

You see, I'd decided to start dropshipping myself very recently. But this 'later' made me miss the whole past week.

doesnt ebay charge you 10% or so for each transaction monthly... myy cousin tried this he thought he was winning but got a big payment request from ebay at the end of the month

added and posting , a bit slow but from what i can see pulling this amount of data can be intensive , I also dont see anything about a paid service? as well as a need for some cloaked accounts when utilizing smaller numbers , at most on a small scale this is gathering information from and copying it from other used , I can very well have external or overseas warehouses for products , maybe with the amount of items and the tactics people take they need more hiding?

This sound great. Definitely gonna try it out.
Anyone has started with this method ?
I'm extremely interested in this. Posting so I remember it for later.

I hope you guys gave it a shot. Good luck, sincerely. :)
If you get stuck anywhere, just shoot me a PM and we can discuss.

Due diligence my friend. There's no way around it. I'm very surprised that he could miss something like that, but the best thing to do now is either move on to another method or settle up with eBay and dive in again (don't forget due diligence). To avoid any more surprises, you should really read our guide and attend one of our webinars before you restart.

Hey there, so the 1 hour restriction is, like it says, to avoid dup asins. You have to wait one hour immediately after the first time you connect new account (so it can gather information about your current listings, which always takes a little over an hour, don't ask why).
I honestly didn't get your point about cloaked accounts. Do you mean a lot of small sized accounts to stay under the radar, would be super if you can elaborate on this. To manage stealth accounts though, as I'm sure you already know, you need to cover your tracks in your browser (even when for ex. authenticating an app). But it really doesn't matter if we use proxies from our server (for eBay api calls) because eBay knows which app is making the request. For them, all the accounts connected to our tool could be from a single person or all different people, if that makes sense.
Sorry, you faced issues during listing though. You generally face app crashes only when we're deploying an update (takes <2mins). So in all honesty, it looks like you caught us with our pants down.
Still, we've since improved our lister and repricer a whole lot (details below). You'll definitely have a much better experience if you choose to retry. If you face any issues, there's all sorts of channels: this thread, our chatroom, contact us form,
or drops us an email at

---------------------

Hey everyone, sorry about the dead silence for a month and a half. We were working on a major update but it was such an overhaul that it didn't make sense to do it piecemeal. That said, here are some key features:

JUST-IN-TIME REPRICER
No more repricing runs. Check all the items every item every hour/30mins/10mins just to find out the ones that changed? Horribly inefficient. Now add to that the 80-20 rule, which by all accounts, does seem to apply to your listings and it's quite painful to see the server do all that heavy listing achieving so little. Props to PriceYak for coming up with a cute solution. Reprice an item whenever someone opens the listing. As long as the reprice is fast enough that it finishes before the user can possibly checkout, the system works. It's worth noting here that this is not the perfect solution because the buyer's experience is not seamless. But unless Amazon provides a way to get notified of price/stock changes (and I doubt anyone is holding their breath on that), this seems to be the best solution at the moment. So well played PY. I don't know if they'd feel miffed about us blatantly copying their methods but hey it's what any sane competition does. :D

LISTER
The lister is currently able to list 25 listing/min. The capacity will increase as we scale to keep up with new users. There are two modes of listing:
- Dump upto a 1000 item ids at a time and let it do it's thing.
- Customize the title, attributes and margins of upto 400 items at a time and then dump them and let it do it's thing.
One way you can use this is to first list by method 1 and customize to get around fixable errors (eg. not allowed to list in category). But the better way would be to customize each and every listing. It's much easier and more profitable than playing the price game on eBay.

Misc.
- Amazon Addon-offers are now fully supported
- Amazon offer option: "FBA"
- Amazon offer option: "Prime Exclusives"
- Walmart US added as source
- Option for a global currency conversion fee % for users operating across borders
- Stability improvements. Each job is handled separately so there's no loss of data when the unthinkable happens (a server restart)

Pricing
I honestly don't know how PY gets away with charging the ridiculous amounts they do. So our repricer is currently able to handle 200k listings at 10-15% server load. This is with a single server that handles everything. As we scale up, we'll divvy up the user interaction, database and worker tasks between multiple servers. And there are still improvements to be made to squeeze out more from each worker. So PY, what are you even doing charging a single user over $10000 in repricing fee alone? It doesn't cost anywhere near that to run a system like this. But I suppose it's fun while it lasts.
So without further ado, ...

... ehem, allow me to present a saner pricing:

Oh hey, you're still sticking around. What, you really think there's some important information here? No there's not, go away. shoo. Hmm, doesn't look like that worked. But do you believe there's something at the end of this ordeal. Could you truly believe? Do you maggot!? That last bit would probably work better in all caps but that has no place in a text like this. You know the kind. Goes on and on. And on. Just playing with you. And we morbidly go along, bathing in curiosity, fascination, redundance and derision. Although by this point I guess you've probably already read about the webinar at the end (hard to miss that underlined link) and are now going through this text, because, well, if you read everything else, you're probably the kind that wouldn't want to miss out on this last bit of useless text. Anyway, the webinar is on Sunday 2nd April, 12AM GMT/5PM PST. 'You can click here', leave your email and we'll send you 2 reminder emails on the day of the webinar. See you there, superstar.

I was in the amazon to ebay DS biz before, but it didn't work so well with all the fees etc.

Also I didn't know for how you should keep the items listed and I kept many items even though they didn't made any sales.
I used PY back than and the repricer was buggy and I broke even after some point which didn't made any sense lol.

I might try your tool since I still have the ebay account with some rep, okish limits and no paypal holding limit.
