cloaking in adwords

Hi I have found lot of tech support campaign discussion over this section of Cloaking in AdWords.
Is it having good ROI?
Which accounts are best to run these.
I would like to test this thing.
Please guide me if someone is familiar.
I know how to setup Cloaker, JavaScript, and running campaign somehow. Not perfect in campaign.
Should I start?

Running such campaigns over Adwords for tech support is a tough nut to crack . You need to have high experience of running such ads campaign.

You can try some RON ( Run On Networks ) which allow tech support campaign.

it doesn't matter what u running if using cloaking.
as fur i know JCI still OK for run ads.. but not understand why JCI support nor responding over skype.
no idea about fraudblaster. but i heard that it is not such good too.
