Even I have lost many ids since last 3 days
 
Forget about new accounts (unless you build manually), get some decent aged accounts (preferably 5/6 years).

Consider sharing affiliate link once to your profile, group or page then share the Facebook permalinks of your post across Facebook.
This helps to limit Facebook AI from detecting and it increases reach.

Also, share less (concerning the interval; say 25 posts per 12 hours) with more accounts instead of loading up each acc with excessive sharing executions.

From time to time use the accounts to do normal things such as posting an image without links, sharing and liking friends/other pages' posts, post a new profile picture (this should be automated and random) and don't exploit your accounts by just promoting whatever it is that you're promoting. Also, Give the accounts breaks; don't go posting every day.
These processes make your accs seem normal to end users and Facebook AI.

Use a profile from time to time to test Facebook limits, which seems to change frequently. Document each limit and work along with them.

From the first day you post links either 1 or 20 your account gets flagged then the monitoring starts... That is the new Facebook Algo.

Your post would have worked 1month ago but not anymore

It's understandable that Facebook is watching every account but not all will get flagged until they give FB a reason(s) to.
Better yet, use only certain accounts to post content, then others to share across the platform.

should i use WORKSTATION and connect there via different session ?
i would be thankful if you clarifiy me which mistake i am doing as facebook very often catch me and disabled my accounts although they are verified with ID CARD

What ID card do you use to verify them?

ha ha ha... trust me fb still has loop and it will have ..

REASON : they attracts uneducated peoples too who shares links too without knowling links..

summary: please use fb like a human does , do not be aggressive.

Workstation for what? If u create acc make sure no foot print each acc.the same way adsense acc seller do to make all acc safe.All linked acc will disable if fb found it.

Workstation helps U create session with different ip addresses that is why.
1- regarding foot print, no idea really as they are smart ass much more then most of us expect afew who knows how to play with fb but Generaly they catch most of us.
2- I Though of proxies but proxies are headack and unreliable that is why i do not use them.
i read alot of methods and ways but trust me i did not make it ....
i am planning to restar all over again with verified id cards but this option is no longer possible.
if you created account either it s disabled or banned.
