Instagram Direct Message limits??

Hi there,

I'm continuously getting blocked, for 12-24hrs, from sending direct messages to accounts that aren't following me. I'll send 2 to 5 an hour and end up blocked.

I message accounts the same message over and over, so I'm reluctant to report it in case my account gets deleted. But on the other hand this is doing my head in.

Does anyone know if there are limits to messages or if there is a way to get around this?

there are limits to how many you can sent per hour/day, it differs per account.

Slow down you just have to deal with it and there is no way around it.

How does it differ per account? What is it based on?

I'm selling products through my account, so DMs are fairly vital. Would it be better if I cycled different messages?

I would recommend you stop spamming people's inboxes all together, especially if it's the same group of messages over and over This is a red flag to instagram.
If you keep sending the same message or basic group of massages over and over Instagram flags that as spam which also fucks with your account reach, engagement, limits and likelyhood of getting banned.

It differs between age, previous infractions and probably a few other factors too.

I have another account which I'm able to message 15-30 accounts an hour and I never have a problem.

I understand it sounds like a bad thing to do, but it's such a great and 'personal' way to engage with accounts to help them support our community.

You need to vary your direct messages. It will block it as spam for up to a day.

Instagram doesnt see it that way, they see it as spam especially if its the same groups of words being send over and over.

Would you know how many different messages I would need to cycle through?

Use spintax to get unique messages. Then start with 1 hour and run it for several days. Slowly increase until you get blocked and you know the sweet spot.

Hi Jack, casn you tell me if your bot works 24/7 or you have this paste only for an hour or two? Also when you are blocked for 24 hours, does your account will get blocked more quickly? Thx
