Okay guys, a little head ups..
When you create your accounts always make sure the TIMEZONE on your bluestacks/emulator are set according to your IP location. I mistakenly create 20 accounts from my country (asia) while using ARIZONA time. Then I corrected the settings (turn off the auto update time) and use my country time for another 10 accounts.
That 20 accounts got banned everytime after PV. How cruel to waste my real sims
Another 10 (with asia country time) still going ok for now (5th days)
This may be the reasons some accounts you bought got banned after PV! (besides bad proxy I believe)

There must be a script out there doing everythink at once.
I am sure the account sellers have auto script or good solid bot to make accounts

Yup, account sellers definitely have bots to create accounts. I create my own accounts automatically and I don't need to lift a finger.

I have it made in php but you can use almost any language you want, python included.

I just have one question, about using accounts and proxies.
So what I got already is that we can buy accounts or make on bluestacks, ok.
Then we use 1-3 accounts / proxy, ok.
BUT, what if one of those account get banned, the proxy ip is gone? Like i shouldnt use it anymore, or just replace with another account? Wouldnt it just make that specific proxy accounts get flagged easier on the 2nd-3rd-4th and so on accounts?
For example i buy 10 proxies. Use 1 acc on each one, account on proxy-1 get banned, just replace that account or never use that proxy again and buy a new one?
And is it safe to use like 1-3 accounts on my ip, without proxy? I just want to do some little tests, and dont want to waste time/money on proxy just for that.
I have dynamic ip, so if i get banned on one account, should i just reset modem, or dont matter? The only problem would be if i were using 5-10+ accounts on a single ip or what?

is there a Bluestack tweaker for Mac?If you've got Bluestacks installed,then just download the file from https://apk-dl.com/instagram/com.instagram.android/
And double click on the File. It'll auto - install.
