Ethereum price

How many ethereum you machine can mine in 1 day ? How much it cost to setup something similar to your machine ? If its secret info you can avoid my questions.
Is not a secret , i was mining but i am out now , is better now to just buy coins and hold them for as long as you can , soon ETHEREUM will be over Bitcoin as value ;) Those was my rigs. :D

What other cheaper options I got apart from Ethereum?
Buy Ethereum is not to late, on short term will be around 70-100$ in long term will be over Bitcoin :)

Ethereum has been dancing around the $50 mark.
What do you guys recommend? Invest?
I just bought some bitcoin when it was at the $1090 mark. Hoping it returns to former glory.
Hey there, i recomand you to buy more ETH , AND HOLD IT, don't sell , in long term the price of eth will be over Bitcoin ;)

>Bought at 40 sold at 50
Was cool being an Eth nerd for a few hours

Like any investment don't believe the hype most people talk a lot of BS about products/stocks and it can increase the rate a share is worth only get your information from good sources, you have to be the judge of that yourself, your best mate "john" might be in the know or just waffling on. Just use your head and think for a second "is this going to grow" "what return am I looking at". It's like penny shares there is so much corruption where people flood the market making the business look profitable and then it fails and they run off with the cash. I would not be surprised that the price went up over the past few days due to the amount of posts that went online this week. Then once people realized it wasn't growing fast enough or fluctuating too much they pulled out dropping the price.

If your "mining" the only cost is of course running cost. But if your buying it at silly rates you could have a lot to lose. Especially some people that buy bitcoin far too high! Look at past records highest lowest points. How often does it move is there peak times etc. It's different with fast trades through online brokers because it's pretty much like gambling where you flip a coin and hope it lands in your favor. I run specialist software and set limits of when to buy and sell. Gives you way more control but to get them kind of accounts you can't expect chump change is going to do. Plus I can't stay awake 24/7 and sometimes things take dramatic turns for the worse like currencies for example.

The only benefit for me with cryptocurrency is the fact it move a hell of alot. So id use there "get rich quick" sites to pretty much gamble on. Ive been lucky at guessing, but that's all it is. If anyone tells you otherwise it's a farce. I do regret not farming it 10 years ago though I had the rigs and stuff just wasn't interested in it. I had a friend that had a few bitcoins didn't keep in touch with him so not sure what he did with them probbaly blew it up his nose.

what do you mean when you say mining? I dont understand
Lets describe it in very simple language that anyone can understand.
Cryptocurrency Mining is basically the process of solving very very difficult math problems.whoever solves the problem first gets the reward freshly generated coins.

I have websites,if you want you can get more info over there, and I do made the rigs by my own way, collecting best hardware, frames, assembling all doing by own and selling locally in my country. :)

I was about to sell off half my ETH last night but had second thoughts. So still holding. If BTC doesnt sort out the scaling issues soon you'll see even more flowing into ETH.

For cheap coins im buying small amounts of ETC right now.

I sold all my DASH but still holding XMR.

Nice, keep it up buddy

If you hold any ETH i would advise that you hold it for the long term, may be tempting to sell now, but if you are happy to hold onto it or invest in long term i would definately do so. Reason for this is that IBM are leading the development on a project called Hyper Ledger, which will speed up the process of commercialising Crypto on a major level. Whilst BTC is a main player, there has been a huge focus on ETH.....IBM, Microsoft, JP Morgan, Deloitte and R3 amongst others are investing millions into the development of commercial software for ETH. Other major banks around the world such as RBS has of spoken of their interest in ETH....rather than BTC. Search JP Morgans 'Quorum'.

I work for one of the companies mentioned above and i can safely say there is 95% that ETH is going to become a massive crypto to be used commercially world wide!

Absolutely right and very well written

Fuck it, went for the risk and invested like $2.2k into this. Wether or not this will be successful in the long run, I don't see a reason why it can't double short-term. Again, I've no idea what I'm doing though.
