Is it possible to hide registar in whois? I am thinking about video streaming site and I want to be protected against DMCA complainers.

Okey but I need service which won't give registar data even to police. Is it possible?

Look for an offshore registrar although from my knowledge most registrars follow icann rules so it might not be 100% safe anyway..
