When i click on the button complete order after i filled in my details it says processing...
and then after a couple of seconds the button returns back to complete order. what now?

it is not giving any errors of somekind.

in the meantime you can chose another payment method like paypal or credit card and after you get redirected close that page and log in into sslprivateproxy.com with the account created. go to the invoice open it and chose to pay it via bitcoin from the up-right corner of the invoice
