What's your snatch/clean & jerk?
What I was trying to explain, is that I am offering advice for free! I will help as much as possible, and it will be up to you to take my advice, or leave it. The difference betwen this, and a plan, is that a plan will require me much more detail, constant interaction with you, and I would simply be your coach. I stated that I will not just type out a 3 x 12 workout plan and sell it for $$$. That's what is unique about me. My personality, my ability to relate, my knowledge, e.t.c. It's not hard to believe, but it's sad that too many people just brush me off as someone trying to scam or deceive someone. I am truly acting on an idea that I had and I still stand by my post. The passion you have for wanting to help people for free in regards to their fitness and health is fantastic but your execution is causing you more harm than good.
As you can see from a few previous commentators: your post is too long and uninteresting. I had to read over 600 words to get to the point of this thread which is you wanting to help BHW members.
You also say you're here to not gain any money but you can't expect to pull our leg that easily. We're all here with some sort of marketing skills so we can easily sniff out desperation. We can tell you want to obtain more business/clients and this is one way to advertise yourself in a pro-bono fashion. It's not working.
Additionally, you literally say you're not here to make money and then say that it'll cost money in the next sentence:
"Please, DO NOT think that I'm just another internet post, trying to make money. If you would like a personalized plan, yes, that would cost you some money."
Come. On. What kind of deal is that?
I get it — you're young and you want to have a successful business. If your goal is improve other's fitness, health, and dieting then the first thing you need to do is to present your case better. Why should anyone care about how YOU can help them out over anyone else? Honestly, your weight loss story isn't unique. Many people lose weight and get fit but why is your story any different? Reconsider your approach and try again.
Thank you! As I said, I'm not good with IM. If this was an MLA Format Essay, I'd have some experience there!I cleaned it up a little bit to make it easier to read... thanks for explaining to the OP the benefit of cleaner formatting.
That's another thing. You don't have to go to the gym 7 times a week to be healthy. Your goals are all that matter. I hope that I am able to convey that I am being honest with my motives. If you just wanted to lose some weight, I can help with that with a simple macro plan. Weight loss is a science. It's simple. But if you would like to get "fit" and workout, I can help with that too! And I greatly appreciate the feedback!!Nobody hating you OP and as I said earlier, congrats on the weightloss.
What you will probably find is that most people who are into health and fitness will already be members of other forums and take advice from those.
Those that aren't interested will just ignore the thread. People come here for SEO and IM information. People go to the gym to get fit.
If you can think of exercises people can do at the desktop or simple meal plans then that might help some but most people are here to make money. Money and a 6 pack would be nice though.
As of now, 350 lbs. I'm actually recording my max out video tomorrow. How much do you bench tho...
That's my point! They're all pre made! If I was coaching someone, it would be specifically tailored to them. If they just needed advice, I can still offer honest advice, for their specific situation. There are literally thousands of pre-made workout plans for all fitness goals on the internet. You need to provide something that people can't get on bodybuilding.com.

heh heh, you said snatch and jerk. What's your snatch/clean & jerk?
Thank you for your feedback! But I would like to point out that I was already saying that I have failed on my website, and no longer promote it. I was simply offering an example of my failed attempts at IM from ideas I got here. My youtube on the other hand, is something I truly believe that I can grow organically to financial stability. This post was not for my website, it was for offering free tips.
heh heh, you said snatch and jerk.
Actually OP, maybe Instagram would be a good place for you.

I have made 0 revisions to my initial post.Your intention of helping others and the original actual message (before you edited it) did not line up. It's like one part of you is a missionary trying to inform everyone of the wonders of fitness but another part of you is rubbing their hands trying to find ways to expose yourself to a larger audience for monetary gains. If you genuinely want to help people then you need to come off in a different way so you're not scaring people away with your desperation.
If you can clean 485, then Why are you on BHW and not Gold's wall? (Haha joking, you're probably the only person who even knows what that means.) But really, I've only been training for a few years. AND, I've only been training with proper form / diet / cosistancy for almost two years. Trust me, I will be pushing 6-7 plates. I plan to compete in powerlifting competitions eventually, but I still want to chase that arnold classic physique. I don't want to be Mr. Olympia. Also, I'm eighteen years old. Check back in with me in a couple years and I promise you'll be surprised.hehehehe
My clean is nearly beating OP's deadlift. You should be a pushing 6-7 plate deadlift considering your frame.

In highschool I destroyed my joints, being obese and having mandatory football weightlifting. Improper form + too heavy of weight. All we did was Bench, Squat, Clean. Every. Single. Day... lol. It was horrible but had I known then what I know now, I'd have saved myself some time building my strength back up. I actually ended up getting a full ride scholarship for football, and many other scholarship offers. But after a week of camp I knew that I wanted to pursue my dream in becoming something of myself, and that me chasing a fantasy of reaching the NFL, was only holding me back from my future. I plan to become a Physical Therapist eventually, but who knows where I could end up! (Physical Therapy being my safety net, in case I never achieve my personal goals of youtube or something along the lines of being in the fitness industry. I would like to add that a clean of that is extremely powerful, maybe shoot me a pm with your social media or something?Because I combined fitness + BHW and made a very pretty penny (my clean is about 425, not quite 485).
I'll say it again, move towards Olympic Lifting instead of powerlifting. It's much more fun.
Good progress though. It's very impressive for someone only doing this for a few years.
