I'm back with another Journey guys (this is my first massive journey), this time I will do it harder and faster. My idea is to boost like hell my new website with methodic link building strategies, search intent analysis and content optimization.
I bought my domain on 23/01/2017 (more than 1 month ago) and I started to publish content and made aggressive TOP quality link building. With top I mean links from domains with at least 200+ referring domains and with backlinks from high authority websites (Wikipedia and from my particular niche). The competition level isn't impossibile but I'm competing for keywords with 16K/20K total searches on Google.it. I'm sure I can beat all my competitors in 2/3 months reaching all the goals that I have set.
My Website
If you're using Ahrefs you know that 38 as DR isn't bad (especially after only 1 month from the domain registration) and domains that are linking me have an average of 46 of DR. Every content of my website isn't targeting only 1 keyword but 1 main keyword and all related keywords, in this way I will have a very strong page targeting more keywords and driving more targeted traffic (not only from long tails). The concept behind this strategy is "If I will have to work hard on link building and investing a hge budget I need to target more keywords with 1 content, different keywords but always related".
My goal is to have at least 3 strong backlinks on every page of my website because I need to compete and without backlinks I can't do it in my niche.
Plus, I need to be the resource N°1 in my industry and I need to invest more then them.
Rankings
Ahrefs says 69 keywords but let's take a look into it (don't want to share CPC etc).
As you can see it's pretty good for brand new website (probably still in the sandbox filter
)
The real popularity of my website can be understood looking at the SemRush Stats, 176 keywords in top 100 for comeptitive keywords with a young site (link buildign is the real king).
My main keywords are jumping fast, look at that... Keywords with 6K+ search volume and millions of total documents on Google.it
Contents
My contents are made with Seo in mind, I'm trying to asnwer to all search intents in my niche and are a lot. I'm using widgets and words to attract as many search intents as I can. I made fake comments with long tails (because I can't insert long tails frases in my content with the risk to bore my readers) and I made social signals with Facebook to avoid to make feel lonely my visitors on my site.
Traffic
Now the traffic is 0 or near to 0, but don't worry, we will have fun soon. I think it will take another month to take my keywords on the second and maybe first page. Then it's all downhill and I can start to bank. Now I don't have advertising on my pages, it makes simple to obtain backlinks and to ask for discount for links. Yes, I always ask for a discount because I always have budget and webmaster/agencies accept in the 80% of the cases.
I'm obtaining backlinks from guest posts by contacting a lot of websites' owners and I've a good 40% of success rate, not bad I have to say.
